Why is a balance diet important? Explain.

A balanced diet is important for keeping our bodies healthy. A balanced diet is a diet that contains adequate amounts of all the necessary nutrients. So, we should take it everyday.
Nutrients is very important for our bodies. Lack of vitamins can cause different kinds of diseases. Lack of protein can cause growth failure. Iodine deficiency diseases can be caused by lack of nutrients.
Therefore, a balanced diet is important.
