A farmer lives in a village. He grows crops and keeps animals. He is very hard working. He wakes up early in the morning and go to work in the field. He works from morning to evening. For him, Rain, Cloud or Sun doesn't matter much. A farmer leads a very simple life. His income is very low ; so he is very poor. His life depends on his land and animals. Rains are very important for the growth of good crops. So, rain is very important to a farmer. A farmer becomes happy if there is good rainfall. We need to eat food to survive. Since, we get to eat food because farmer grows it for us therefore, a farmer plays an important role in our society.

All the food belongs to six food groups. We should have adequate amount of food from this groups. A balanced diet contains adequate amount of all the nutrients.
So, a balanced diet is the best way to get enough nutrients.
